​Thank you for registering for Dupuy Swimming Lessons.  Please print the forms below and mail a non-refundable 50% deposit for your class.  The final 50% is due before the date of the first class session.  Make all checks payable: Brandi Seaman. 

We are now offering payments through Paypal.  If you would like to use Paypal, please use willmsea3@gmail.com to send fees.  We ask that you notate it with your child's first and last name, parent's name, and session date and time.  In order to not charge fees for this service, we ask that you select friends and family.  You will still need to fill out the forms linked below and submit either by mail, by email, or in person on the first day of class.  If you email the form, please send to dupuyswimlessons@gmail.com.​
